Each monthly cost is tied to the design you and your business require. While we have a starting range, there are many factors that tie into the agreed cost. This is why we prefer having a discovery call to ensure you’re getting the best monthly cost for your budget.
You will be notified 5 business days before the due date of your upcoming payment. If you are unable to make the payment, you can use this window to let us know. If the payment is missed without notification, your website will be taken offline until payment has been made.
Do notify us as soon as possible if you’re unable to pay, as we can give you a grace period before you’re able to pay.
Of course! If at any point you’re ready and able to, you can notify us, and we would assist you in paying off the balance. Do note that there is still a monthly maintenance fee, but you can switch to the annual payment for that as well if that’s more suited to your business needs.
The monthy payment not only partially covers the cost of the initial and live design, but updates, ongoing tasks and updates to ensure your website functions properly and stays up to date. This includes updating plugins, monitoring site security, and fixing any broken links that may occur.
For all our websites the minimum downpayment we require is 50%. Due to the costs attached, it’s not feasible for most people to be able to meet that. So we’re created a model where the downpayment of 50% is not required, but the agreed payment is required to get your user subscription assigned and begin designing. Designs are completed within 7 days, so your site would be live before the next required payment.
